Growing-up in Conway, Joe made the short journey to Russellville to attend Arkansas Tech University upon graduating from Conway High School in 2005. In 2009, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in graphic design from Tech. Joe later joined The Nicholson Group in February 2010 as graphic designer. In 2009, he earned Best of Show honors in the student division of the Arkansas Ad Federation Addy Awards. Joe has also gained notoriety for his fine art talents, as well.
